You Vs The Economy

No matter the Economy of the Jungle, The LION cannot EAT GRASS.

No matter the Economy of the World in 2015, The CHILD OF. GOD'S KINGDOM cannot LIVE LOW.

BEYOND THE SEASON

It is a colourful Season 

Undeniable by all and Sundry

The Cities' apparel is adorned with varieties of sparkling lights

The Cities are uncommonly busy

The Airports departure section witnesses thousands of faces

The interstate bus terminals are crowded with commuters

It is even noted that the chickens dread the season

Everyone seems to be happy

No doubt, the season seems special to everyone

While some anticipate and celebrate the season based on the 'Gift' and 'Hope'

Some jubilate and celebrate the season based on emotions and the 'Now'

While the Kitchen utensils are busy almost throughout the season 

The Event centres are not left out as well

It is a time out for families to reunite

A period to merry and relax

Walking through the street of Lagos, Nigeria;

Everyone is filled with deep sense of celebration that is obvious to the blind

Even the Guyz, who ate known to collect money from bus Drivers at terminals(a.k.a Agbèrò) are seen with Christmas caps and other accessories marking the celebration.

Hmmmmm.....no doubt, CHRIST IS FOR ALL!!!

Flowing in the drainage where Chickens are sold and slaughtered is blood of slaughtered hundreds of chickens

All of these and more, for celebrating CHRISTmas!!!

But what about 'BEYOND THE CHRISTMAS'???

Because,

"For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and government shall be upon his shoulder and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and Peace there shall be no end......"

More than the date(whether 25th or not)

More than the Chickens(whether you have one or not)

More than the Christmas lights and trees

More than the dishes(whether you have or not)

More than the outing/fun/Cinema

More than all of these is what JESUS CHRIST brought to us when God walked through our Planet; Giving us ETERNAL LIFE

So, celebrate with the understanding that you have the God-Kind of Life(Doxa Zoe)

And if you don't, Embrace Jesus Today.

This is the Greatest that can ever happen to a man.

Glory to Prince of Peace who reigns forever.
